04.01.2013 - HALLE 14 has awarded scholarships to two artists, Maša Cvetko from Ljubljana (SI) and Lia Cecchin from Venice (IT), from the 1st of February to the 31st of May 2013 as part of the cultural exchange of Second Chance.
